In fact a pivoting is one of Rodger’s great strengths as modern business needs leaders that can act and react quickly as the times and circumstances change. This shows the Rodger is a very humble and ego-less decision maker in my mind. And lastly - Rodger is a people person and can relate to just about anyone in any situation. He genuinely cares for people and strives to make an impact for the other person’s benefit over his own. Rodger is a master negotiator and facilitator in the most healthy and constructive of ways and can truly bridge gaps between the widest divides while making everyone feel like they were always a part of the process in getting there along the journey. Rodger takes those interactions very seriously and considers it his privilege to be a part of solutioning the concerns of others. Interaction with him leave the other person feeling like “wow – Rodger really cared about what I had to say and what I was as concerned about it as I was”. Rodger truly loves making a difference in this world and that is what sets Rodger apart. ”
